Below details the process Karbon Home Theater follows to ensure your Home Theater project is completed exactly how you would like.
Step 1.Contact Us -- If you are interested in our services, contact us via email (info@hellokarbon.com)
or phone (925) 798-7600. You can also use our easy contact for under “Contact Us”. Once
contacted, one of our representatives
will respond to set-up a convenient time for a Free On-
Site Consultation.
Step 2. Free Consultation – Karbon Home Theater offers free Consultation to our potential clients.
During the Free Consultation, a personal representative from Karbon Home Theater will go
over your project requirements and help determine several options to complete your project to
ensure the equipment choices meet your budget and performance needs.
Step 3. Quote/Estimate – After the Consultation session is completed, expect to receive your Quote on
your project Equipment choices and Services within 24 hours via email.
Step 4. Review/Confirmation – Once you have had a chance to look over the Quote, your personal
representative from Karbon Home Theater will be available to walk you through your options
and equipment features to ensure all questions are answered. Once the Quote is approved, an
Installation date will be set to complete your project.
Step 5.Installation – Our Professional Technicians will arrive on-time and go over project details
with you to ensure proper placement of equipment. Our technicians are CEDIA Certified
professionals and will be able to answer any question you may have during the installation
process. After installation of equipment, you will be given an in-depth tutorial on the operation
of your new system.
Step 6. Completion of Services – Once you have received your tutorial and comfortable with the
operation of your system, our Professional Technicians will ensure your home is clean and
provide you with their contact information should you have any questions on your system.

Home Theater Design Case studdy
The Karbon team fulfilled all their needs. We designed the room to be 18' x 20' in order to utilize a motorized drop-down 180" projection screen in concert with a Sony Cineza HD projector to create that "movie theater" feel. We also added a raised platform with 6 reclining theater chairs to further the "movie theater" feel. While the projector is not in use, we utilized black custom-made curtains to isolate the 71" Samsung 1080P DLP television for daytime viewing.
To continue the "movie theater" feel, we designed the room to utilize columns and sofets to allow for "discrete" placement of equipment and added high rounded ceilings to defeat any sound reflection. The electronics cabinet at the back of the room was designed for dual access to the equipment with sliding smoked glass on the front and a back access door for all the connections. Finished off with a wet bar, refrigerator, floor lighting, and a popcorn machine!
And finally, the good stuff. The speaker system we utilized is a Monster THX 7.5 surround sound system. Both HD Cable and HD Direct TV Tivo were distributed throughout both video systems. We also incorporated a Denon up-scaling DVD player, XBOX 360/Media Center, Hewlett Packard Laptop, Alesis Mixer, and Pioneer Elite HDMI switching receiver. All driven though a Home Theater Master MX-3000 RF remote and protected with a Monster Power Conditioner and Surge Protector.
